Tiffin University alumnus Chris Chase ’03, ’05 purchased Madison Street Tavern in 2009, a late-night college hangout, complete with folding tables, a dance floor and a DJ booth. Since then, Chase has grown the business venture to the family-friendly restaurant, MST Pub & Grub. According to Chase, “We pride ourselves on offering fresh, quality food at affordable prices. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a great dining experience worth coming back for,” he said. “We like to treat our customers like family and build relationships that last a lifetime. When you visit MST; you leave with a full stomach and a happy heart. We hope you find MST a place where friends and family can enjoy a great meal and become part of our family.”
Described as a servant leader, Chase can be found cooking in the kitchen, taking orders from tables or making sure he stops by to say hello to his guests. His dedicated staff boasts over 30 years of combined service to MST Pub & Grub.
